Moplen HP462S (fiber extrusion, MFR 36)

Moplen HP462S is a polypropylene homopolymer with a very narrow molecular weight distribution, optimized for continuous filament extrusion, spunbond spinning, and high tenacity yarn production. It delivers stable performance at high processing speeds with excellent mechanical properties.
MFR – 36; Density – 0.90; Flexural Modulus – 1450 MPa; Tensile Strength – 34 MPa; Vicat Softening Point – 154°C; HDT – 85°C. Features anti-gas fading stability. Suitable for the production of agro-textiles, technical fabrics, and furniture backings.
